Minimum effective dose of resistance training

In an australian study in post-menopausal women (>58 years), the LIFTMOR RCT ( https://doi.org/10.1002/jbmr.3284), it was shown that training high intensity for 30 minutes twice a week significantly improved markers of bone density far in excess of home based low intensity. What is the upper limit of training?
